What a Model Studio Generation Costs

The Generate button always shows the price before you commit. Here is what drives it.

Model Studio prices per generation, and the figure depends on the model and the settings you chose. Nothing is charged until you click Generate.

Step 1 · Read the Generate button

The estimate sits on the button itself and updates live as you change settings — for example "Generate · 7 cr" for a 2K image, or "Generate · 150 cr" for an 8-second 720p video.

Step 2 · Open the breakdown if the number surprises you

Click the ⓘ beside the estimate — the tooltip is labelled "Why this number". It shows the model and settings on one line, the base rate (for example "Base · Nano Banana Pro — 7 cr/img"), the estimate, and your remaining balance.

Step 3 · Adjust the settings that move the price

Resolution, duration and the number of outputs are the three levers. Longer, larger and more all cost more.

Step 4 · Check your usage afterwards

Pricing & Account → Billing Plan → Credit History lists what was actually spent, and you can download the history from there.

• Note: Some video models price per second — you will see a rate like "5 cr/s" instead of a flat figure. Your total is that rate times the duration you set.
• Note: The Outputs control under More multiplies the cost. Generating three variations of one prompt costs three times a single output.
• Tip: Credits are only consumed on Generate. Loading a model, changing settings, attaching references and opening the breakdown are all free, so there is no cost to exploring.
