To set a password for the first time: Go to Predis.ai Signup. Enter the email you used to create the account and a new password, then submit. This is a one-time activity, and you can log in with your email and password moving forward.

First, head to the Pricing & Account section from the left menu of your dashboard. This is where you can manage your subscription details.

Step 2: Navigate to "Billing Plan"

Once you’re in Pricing & Account, look for the "Billing Plan" option. Scroll down to end of the page, there you will find an option of "Cancel subscription" Use this link: https://app.predis.ai/app/settings/?tab=billingplan

Conclusion

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, meaning you can continue using it until that date. After that, you won’t be charged again.

Ans: Yes, you can upload videos to predis.ai. the platform allows you to upload mp4 videos up to 500mb per video. please note that the total upload limit per brand is 5 gb. to upload your videos, you can use the "Uploads" option under "Brand and social Accounts"

Ans: You cannot add voiceover to already created video but you can create a new video with available voiceover options.

Que: How do you stop story block audio and watermarks.
Ans: Hello the watermark won't be be shown when the post is downloaded or published to different social channels. It's only shown on preview.

Que: Where i can see custom and saved templates?
Ans: To access all available templates, please follow these steps: navigate to the menu. go to brand and socials. select the "templates" page there, you'll find the option to view and add new custom templates. if you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask!.

Ans: Hello, instagram's api, does not provide access to trending audio features, meaning that it doesn't allow third-party apps like predis to access or utilize trending audio content directly from instagram. while you won't be able to directly access trending audio from instagram through predis,

Brand Name & Description

Brand Name and Description will allow Predis to understand your business and fine tune the AI content accordingly. You can either Type these details on your own or fetch them directly using your URL

How to set brand name & description manually? Navigate to Brand & Social Accounts -> Business Details -> set Brand Name & Description manually

By Fetching URL, most of the brand details will be fetched such as Brand name, Brand Description, Brand colour pallet, etc.

Caution: However, kindly check if fetched details are correct to your brand before generating content since fetching may at times lead to errors.

Brand Details

Brand Colours: Two ways to set brand colours,

Fetch them using URLs (might cause slight deviations if not set propertly in your brand page)
Set Manually How to set Brand colours manually? Navigate to Brand & Social Accounts -> Brand Details -> Scroll down to Brand Details -> Choose Brand Colours
