Question: How can I set or change my password?

To set a password for the first time: Go to Predis.ai Signup. Enter the email you used to create the account and a new password, then submit. This is a one-time activity, and you can log in with your email and password moving forward.
To change an existing password: VisitPredis.ai Forgot Password.

Question: How do I log out?

Check the Menu on your screen—you will find the logout button nestled inside the More Options tab.

Question: How can I delete my account?

Please navigate to Pricing & Account. You will find the option to delete your account at the very bottom of that page.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1: Go to Pricing & Account

To cancel your subscription, click on your account icon in the bottom-left corner and go to Pricing & Account. Then, navigate to Billing Plan, where you will see the Cancel Subscription option. Click on it to cancel your subscription. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We’re here to help.

Conclusion

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, meaning you can continue using it until that date. After that, you won’t be charged again.

In this section we will talk about various Brand elements and how we can leverage them to generate brand consistent content through Predis.

Business Details

Brand Name & Description

Brand Name and Description will allow Predis to understand your business and fine tune the AI content accordingly. You can either Type these details on your own or fetch them directly using your URL

How to set brand name & description manually? Navigate to Brand & Social Accounts -> Business Details -> set Brand Name & Description manually

By Fetching URL, most of the brand details will be fetched such as Brand name, Brand Description, Brand colour pallet, etc.

Caution: However, kindly check if fetched details are correct to your brand before generating content since fetching may at times lead to errors.

Brand Details

Brand Colours: Two ways to set brand colours,

Fetch them using URLs (might cause slight deviations if not set propertly in your brand page)
Set Manually How to set Brand colours manually? Navigate to Brand & Social Accounts -> Brand Details -> Scroll down to Brand Details -> Choose Brand Colours

Managing Your Brands

Predis.ai allows you to control different aspects of your brands through the ‘Pricing and Account’ → ‘Team, Brands and Usage’ section. Here, In Added Brands section you can:
✅ Activate/Deactivate a Brand when needed.
✅ Delete a brand if it’s no longer required.
✅ Manage Team Members, granting or restricting access.

How to Manage Brands:

Navigate to Pricing & Account -> Teams, Brands, & Usage -> Scroll down to "Added Brands" section.

Added Brands sections allows you to view your

brands name,
it's existing social media integrations (like Instagram, Shopify),
the billing plan of that brand,
Linked social accounts for that brand,
the active status of the brand, and
finally the option to activate or deactivate the brand.

The Number of brands you can add depends on your subscription plan. For example, for Rise plan you can add upto 4 brands.

How to Add a new Brand?

Navigate to Pricing & Account -> Teams, Brands, & Usage -> Scroll down to "Added Brands" section. -> click on "Add New Brand"

How to deactivate or delete already added brand?

Adding your brand details to Predis.ai ensures consistency in your content and maintains your brand’s unique identity across social media. Follow these steps to set up your brand details efficiently.

1. Log into Predis.ai and Navigate to Brand and Social Account Settings

Start by visiting Predis.ai and logging into your account. Once logged in, you will land on the main dashboard where you can see your content and workspace. On the left-hand side of the dashboard, locate the Brand and Social Account section. It is the fourth option in the sidebar. Click on it to proceed.

2. Access the "Brand Details" Section and Enter Your Brand Information

Once inside the Brand and Social Account settings, you will see the option labeled Brand Details at the top. Click on this option to start adding your brand information. You have two ways to add your brand details:

Manual Entry: You can type in your brand name, Brand Description, color scheme, fonts, logos, Brand voiceovers, Brand Avatar and Brand Specfications.
Auto-Fetch from Website: If your business has a website, you can enter its URL. Predis will automatically extract your brand details, including logo, primary colors, and key brand information.

3. Customize Your Brand Guidelines

To maintain a consistent brand presence, you can add:
