How to upload a CSV file with your e-commerce products

Uploading a CSV file and creating social media posts for your eCommerce products is simple. Follow these six steps to complete the process efficiently.

Within the platform navigate to Brand and Social Accounts${color}[#000000]( from the left side of the dashboard. This section contains all the integration options for managing your products.

Step 2: Access Integrations and Download the Sample CSV

In the "Integrations" section, locate the CSV upload option.
Before uploading your file, download the **sample CSV **to ensure you follow the correct format.

Step 3: Prepare Your CSV File

Edit the sample CSV by adding product id, images, descriptions and Image url and other required details according to the given structure. Once completed, save the file in CSV format.

Product Title
Product Description
Product image URLs (Note: for multiple images, separate URLs by comma (,))

Note: If your product CSV file is not in the given format then Predis may not successfully fetch all your products. Hence, ensure structure and format of CSV file is as per the sample.

Step 4: Upload Your CSV File

Go back to the Integrations section and upload your completed CSV file. The system will automatically validate and process the data.

You can see your uploaded CSV file at the place of "Sample_ecom_upload(80).csv" file as shown in the image.

Step 5: Create a New Post

Navigate to Create New on the left-hand side and select the post type you want, such as a single image or a short ad video or Avatar video. After selecting the post type, choose Link a Store or Upload a CSV. You will then see two options: connect an eCommerce store like Shopify or Wix, or upload a CSV file. Select Upload a CSV to proceed.
