How to Integrate your Shopify E-commerce store with Predis

Step 1: Navigate to "Brand and Socials Accounts"

• This you can find on left hand panel of Predis dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to "Integrations"

• Click on "Integrations" to view the list of supported e-commerce platforms.

Step 3: Connect Your Store:

• Under the Integrations tab, you’ll see options for WooCommerce.
• Click on "Connect" below the WooCommerce platform.

Step 4: Install Predis from Shopify app store

As per new Shopify policies, apps needs to be installed from within the Shopify app store only. Hence, users need to click on "Install Shopify".

Step 5: Install Predis

Click on "Install" to Install Predis for your Shopify Store.

Once you install, Predis will be integrated with Shopify and you can use your Shopify products to create ads and marketing content.

Common Issues faced with Shopify Integration:

Need same Email Address

For successful integration of Predis for your Shopify store user needs to have same email address for both, that is, Predis as well as Shopify. If this is not the case, User may be prompted to subscribe on Predis again.

Dual account creation

If you subscribed on Predis and then go to Shopify and install Predis with a different e-mail address, the integration may not work and user may be prompted to subscribe to Predis again leading to dual subscription. In such cases, get in touch with our backend team, we will resolve your issue from backend.
