Whether you’re an e-commerce store owner or a content creator, auto-posting can save you time and effort by generating posts based on your inputs and scheduling them for publication. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that want to maintain a consistent online presence without manually creating and posting content every day.

How to Enable Auto-Posting

Enabling auto-posting is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Navigate to Auto Posting

• Click on **auto posting **on left hand side menu button.
• Click on Get Started

Step 2: Generate Auto Posting Plan

• You can generate auto posting plan by clicking on "Generate my content plan"
• You can also refer to common Auto Posting related questions before you start auto posting using Predis.

Step 3: Review Generated Auto Posting plan

• Once you click generate in previous step, Predis will automatically create your auto posting plan for the current week and also make the tentative plan ready for the upcoming three weeks.
• You can either Customise the plan or Proceed with what Predis has created for you.

Summary

You will find a brief summary of your auto posting at the top. The summary includes aspects such as,

• Posting Frequency
• **Time **slots
• **Platforms **where media will be shared
• The number and types of media that will be shared
• The **goal **for this week's auto posting content and the **tone **that will be adopted for your generated content.
• The **ecommerce store **from which your products will be fetched.

Schedule:

• Below the summary you can find weekly schedule of auto posting.
• You can see what content will be posted and on what dates.
• You can see that first week's content plan will be shown as confirmed. You can edit this week's content right away.
• For subsequent weeks the content plan will be generated on displayed dates. You need to wait until content is created for it to be edited for subsequent weeks.
• The **goal **for each week's auto posting is also listed to give a clear picture of generated content for that particular week.

Step 4: Customise Auto Posting Plan (Optional)

• If you choose to customise your auto posting plan, you can do so in multiple ways discussed below:

Set your Posting Strategy

1. Choose your post or media types: They can be Images, Carousel, or Avatar (UGC) videos. Note that platforms that do not support these media types will not publish those auto posts.
2. Select Posting Frequency: You can choose from Light (5 posts per week), Recommended (10 posts per week), or Aggressive (14 posts per week).
3. Content Direction: You can provide Predis AI with content direction which will be taken into consideration while creating auto posting content.

Improve your content Quality

• Content Sources: You can add URLs of your content sources which will help Predis AI to generate relevant and quality content. You can add up to 10 content sources.

• Add Visuals: You can add SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF up to a limit of 10 Mb. This will help create auto posting content as per your uploaded visuals.

• Exclude Products: You can include or exclude products from your ecommerce store that you do not want to be included in your auto posting schedule. You may exclude all products and go with zero products as well.

• Your Business: This description will allow Predis AI to understand your business and use this description for generation of captions, hashtags, and visuals. Also, It would help Predis AI strategize your auto posting for your most pressing goals.

Choose When to Post

• You can select from the available time slots for your auto posting schedule.
• You can select exactly one time slot from the available slots. All your auto posts will be published at this selected time slot.
• You can also fine tune your brand settings from this pop-up
• After you are done click on "Update my plan."

Step 5: Connect Social Platforms

• You can connect from multiple supported platforms on Predis such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter {X}, Pinterest, YouTube, among others.
• You need to select at least one platform in order to enable your Auto Posting.

Step 6: Activate Auto Posting

• Review whether your updated changes are reflected in Auto Posting Summary.
• Review your first week's content plan and media types.
• Review the credits that will be used for your auto posting plan. (here in the image below 2700 credits will be used for give auto posting plan)
• Once all details are appropriate, click on "Activate Auto Posting" Plan.
