How to Upload a CSV file

Uploading a CSV file and creating social media posts for your eCommerce products is simple. Follow these six steps to complete the process efficiently.

Log in to your platform and navigate to ‘Brand and Social Accounts’ on the left side of the dashboard. Here, you’ll find all integration options for managing your products.

Step 2: Access ‘Integrations’ and Download the Sample CSV

In the ‘Integrations’ section, locate the CSV upload option. Before uploading, download the sample CSV file to ensure you use the correct format.

Step 3: Prepare Your CSV File

Edit the sample file by adding product images, descriptions, prices, and other details as per the provided structure. Save it as a CSV file once done.

Step 4: Upload Your CSV File

Return to the ‘Integrations’ section and upload your completed CSV file. The system will validate and process the data automatically.

Step 5: Create a New Post

Go to ‘Create New’ on the left side and select for ‘Ecommerce’ to start making social media posts for your uploaded products.

Step 6: Select Product and Creative Type

Click on ‘Ecommerce’, choose a creative type (Product Creatives, Product Carousel, Product Videos or Product Photo Shoot), and select the product you want to feature in the post.

Now, your product is ready for social media marketing!
