Creating and editing a single image for social media or other purposes can seem daunting, but with the right tools and guidance, it’s a straightforward process. In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to create and edit a single image, ensuring you have full control over the design, text, and visuals.


Step 1: Creating a New Image


  1. Start by Clicking on Create new
  • Begin by selecting the option to create a new. Then you can choose the post type you wish to create.



  1. Enter Your Input
  • In the input section, describe the kind of image you want to create. This helps the tool generate a design that aligns with your vision.
  1. Customize Your Design
  • On the right side of the screen, you’ll find customization options. You can select the Aspect Ratio — for example, 2:3 (portrait), 1:1 (square), or 3:2 (landscape) along with Caption Length and Brand Palette to tailor your design.
  1. Generate the Image
  • Once you’re satisfied with your input and customization, click "Generate".  Your image will be created, and you can preview it.


Step 2: Editing the Image


  1. Click on the Edit Button
  • After generating the image, click on the "Edit" button to make further changes. The best part? Everything is fully editable, from the template to the text, design, and images.


  1. Change the Template
  • If you want to switch the template, go to the "Design" section on the left side. Browse through the available templates and select one that suits your needs. For example, if you want your brand logo to appear on the image, choose a template that includes a logo placeholder.


  1. Edit the Text
  • Double-click on any text to edit it. You can rewrite the content, use AI to make it more formal, friendly, or even humorous. You can also add new text by selecting "Create Body Text" and placing it anywhere on the image.


  1. Customize Fonts
  • If you want to use a specific font, you can upload it and apply it to your text. This allows for greater personalization and brand consistency.


  1. Modify Images
  • The image in your design can also be changed. If it’s an AI-generated image, you can click on "AI Recreate" to regenerate it with new inputs. Alternatively, you can search for stock images or upload your own.


  1. Upload Media
  • Under Insert on the left side, you’ll find the option Upload Media. You can use this to upload files directly from your system.


  1. Text
  • Under the Insert section, you’ll find the Text option, which allows you to add custom text to your image.


  1. Shapes
  • In the Insert section, you’ll find the Shapes option. You can use it to add shapes to your image based on your preferences.


  1. Buttons
  • In the Insert section, you’ll find the Button option. You can use it to add buttons such as Subscribe, Sign Up, or Order Now to your image
  1. On the right side you will find the options:
  • Position: In this, you can align your image or adjust its layer within your design.
  • Image: In this section, you can flip to change the orientation of your image, Fit to Page to automatically resize it to fill the page, Apply Mask to add shapes or frames, Crop to remove unwanted areas, and Remove Background to isolate the main subject for a cleaner look.
  • Effects:Enhance your image by applying effects like blur, brightness, or color adjustments.



Step 3: Advanced Editing Options


  1. Stock Uploads
  • Under the Insert section, you’ll find the Stock Photos option. It lets you add high-quality images (like food, travel, or product photos) without uploading your own files.


  1. My Uploads
  • If you prefer to use your own product or images, go to My Uploads in the Insert section. Select the image you want to use, crop it if needed, and place it in your design.


  1. AI Images
  • If you want to create an AI-generated image using a prompt, go to the Insert section and select the AI Image option.
  1. Use Illustrations and Icons
  • If you want to include illustrations or icons, browse through the available options and select the ones that complement your design.
  1. Manage Layers
  • The "Layers" section allows you to view and manage all the elements in your design. You can lock, delete, or hide specific layers to see how your image looks without them.
