How to Create a Short Ad Video Using a Product Image

Creating a video from a product image allows users to produce engaging visual content quickly. You can choose to include human characters for relatability or focus solely on the product to highlight its features.

Steps to Create a Video Using a Product Image


1. Access the Video Creation Tool

This first step allows users to initiate the video creation process using a product image.

  • Navigate to Create New from the left-hand menu. This is the starting point for all content creation within the platform.
  • Select Video, which is the second option. This opens the video creation interface and presents multiple video generation methods.

  • From the four video creation options displayed, choose Upload a Product Image (the last option). This option allows you to create a video using your own product visuals rather than AI-generated content.

  • Click Choose File to upload a product image from your system. Ensure the image is clear and high-quality, as it will serve as the foundation for your video scenes.

2. Add Product Details
  • Fill in the Product Description. Be specific to help generate accurate video content.
  • Optionally, add Additional Information such as promotions (e.g., “Flat 50% Off”).
  • The uploaded image(s) will appear in the Assets section.
  • To add multiple images, click the + icon.
  • Click Continue to proceed.

3. Select Video Style

Aspect Ratio:

You can select the aspect ratio based on where you plan to publish the video:

  • 9:16 – Best suited for mobile-first platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Stories. This is a vertical format.
  • 16:9 – Best suited for landscape platforms like YouTube, websites, and presentations. This is a horizontal format.

Ad Concepts:

Next, select an ad concept for the Short Ad Video. You can choose any ad concept as per your preference and then click on Continue.

4.Summary of Video


In this section, you can customize the header, subheader, and CTA for your video. If you don’t want to include any of these elements, simply uncheck the corresponding options.

The Summary section also displays the estimated credit usage, helping you understand how many credits will be consumed before creating the video. Each Short Ad Video uses approximately 140 credits.
