Creating a carousel using a product from your ecommerce store allows users to generate multi-slide content without manually uploading product assets. Product information and images are automatically extracted and can be edited before final generation.


Steps to Create a Carousel Using a Product from E-commerce store


  • Open the Create New section from the left-hand navigation menu. This is the central area for creating all types of content.
  • Select Carousel, This opens the carousel creation workflow.





Step 2: Pick your E-commerce store

From the available carousel creation methods, choose Pick a product from this store (the second option). This option allows the system to automatically fetch product details from your connected store.






Step 3. Select Products

  • Only products with valid description will be listed and be allowed to be selected.
  • You must select at least one product. Only one product is allowed to be selected.
  • Click continue.





Step 4: Confirm Product Details


Product Description and Assets
  • The system automatically fetches key details such as the product description and product images from the provided URL.
  • Review the fetched Product Description and edit it if needed to better match your brand tone or marketing message.
  • All retrieved images are displayed in the Assets section for use in the carousel.
  • To include additional images, click the + icon and upload more files from your system.
  • Note that maximum of 5 images can be selected at a time, though you can upload as many as you want within the upload limits.


Product Price
  • Enter your product price and promotional offer price.


Once all details are reviewed and updated, click Continue to proceed to the next step.







Use this section to configure your carousel using multiple available settings.


  • Choose a Carousel Style based on your content objective.
  • Available styles include:
    • Product Introduction – Introduces the product and its key features.
    • Product Lifestyle – Shows how the product fits into everyday life.
    • Problem–Solution – Highlights a problem and presents the product as the solution.
    • Product Review – Focuses on benefits, feedback, or key selling points.
  • The selected style determines the structure and storytelling flow across all slides.


Number of Slides:
  • Select how many slides you want in the carousel (e.g., 3, 4, 5, or 6).


Aspect Ratio:
  • Choose the size that best fits your publishing platform, such as 1:1, 4:5, 3:2 etc. from available options displayed in image below.


Click Continue after completing these settings.






Step 6. Review Summary and Customize

  • The Summary screen displays the generated carousel slides based on the selected style and product information.
  • Review the slide content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Select the tone of the carousel to match your brand or campaign goals.
  • At the bottom of the summary, view the estimated credit usage for the carousel.





  • After reviewing all details, click Generate to create the final carousel post.
