How to Check Your Credits and Deactivate or Delete Your Brand on Predis
Managing your credits and brands on Predis is simple. Follow the steps below to check your usage, and deactivate or delete a brand if needed.
Step 1: Check Your Credits
To view your credit usage in Predis, follow these steps:
- On the left sidebar, click Pricing and Accounts.
- Navigate to the Team, Brands & Usage section (this is the second option at the top).
- In the Current Plan & Usage section, you can check all details related to your account.
Here, you will be able to see:
- Your current plan (e.g., Rise Plan)
- The number of credits you have used
- Your active brands
- Competitor analysis availability
Additionally, you can download your consumed credits by clicking on the Usage Data option.
Step 2: Deactivate or Delete a Brand
- Scroll down to the Added Brands section.
- Here, you will see options to Deactivate or Delete a brand.
- This section also provides details such as:
- Total number of brands
- Number of integrations for each brand (e.g., Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Billing plans
- Linked social accounts
Note: Deactivating a brand will temporarily pause its activity, while deleting a brand will permanently remove it from your account.

Step 3: Manage Your Team
- At the bottom of the page, you will find the Team Members section.
- Here, you can invite team members to collaborate with your brands.
