Que: Can i use the free plan if i cancel my paid plan.
Ans: Yes, if you decide to cancel your paid plan, you can move to the limited free plan offered by predis.ai. the free plan allows you to make 15 posts per month. for more details on the available plans, please visit predis.ai pricing. remember to cancel your subscription by going to the menu, selecting 'pricing & account', and scrolling to the bottom to find the cancellation option. make sure you are logged into the correct paid account to see this option.

Que: How long is free trial for.
Ans: Hello! the free trial at predis.ai allows you to make the first 9 posts for free, there is no time limit for this trial period, after the first 9 posts are exhausted, you can decide to move to a paid plan or to a limited feature free plan for more details on the plans, you can visit predis pricing.

Que: How do i remove a brand?
Ans: To remove a brand, you can follow these steps:\n\n1. navigate to the menu and select "pricing & account."\n2. go to the "brand" section.\n3. here, you will have the option to deactivate the brand. please note that we do not have an option to delete a brand as of now. you will also see a delete icon and click on it to delete the brand.\n\nplease note: once you delete a brand all the content which you created will be deleted\n.

Que: Hi! quite often there is a watermark from storyblocks. i get that there are supposed to be predis.ai watermarks in the free version, but are there watermarks from storyblocks in a paid plan?
Ans: Hello, the storyblocks watermark is only audible in the preview. when you use the video by downloading or publishing it, the watermark will be automatically removed in the paid version.

Que: Can you give to generate 6 posts everymonth.
Ans: Sorry that is not possible currently, the free trial allows you to generate the first 6 posts for free without a time limit. once these 6 posts are used, you would need to choose between a paid plan or a limited free plan.

Que: Can i edit and enhance my own uploaded video content using predis?
Ans: Currently, we don't have the capability to edit uploaded videos beyond trimming or muting the music.

Que: How can i set a password?
Ans: To set a password, please go to https://app.predis.ai/signup. enter the same email and a new password and press submit. this is a one-time activity and you can log in with email/password after this.

Que: Hello, in paid account do i still have a watermark on the posts or its only on free version?
Ans: The watermark is only present on the free version. the posts in the paid version wont have a watermark.

Que: How to log out.
Ans: Please check the menu - you should see it inside "more options".

Que: How do i recover a deleted design?
Ans: My apologies - a deleted design cannot be recovered. if a design was archived then you can see it by choosing the show archived option on the filter.

Que: Hello, can i manage the post comments on social media directly on predis? and the private messages too?
Ans: My apologies this is not supported as of now. the social inbox is a part of our roadmap and will be available in the future. you can check our roadmap from the menu for progress.\n.

Que: Can you give me an watermark example for free plans.

Que: Where can i see where i have scheduled the post.
Ans: The scheduled posts can be seen on menu -> content calendar page.

Que: How to make youtube shorts.
Ans: Please click on the "create new" button on the top left corner page. you can then select your input in step 1. once you reach step 2, please choose any video template to proceed. once you generate the post, you will see a video that can be published to youtube as a short.

Que: How to unschedule a post.
Ans: To remove a scheduled post, please go to the content calendar page. click on the particular post you want to remove. you should see a discard button on the popup. once you click on the discard button, the post will be removed from the scheduling queue.

Que: When i post something on facebook via the predis software, "posted via predis ai" always appears there. can this be removed? or can it only be removed if i take out a paid plan?
Ans: Posted by predis in facebook is only shown to the admin, it's facebook policy to show. if you see the page with another user you will not see it.

Que: How do i get the hashtags to show up on the post.
Ans: Please click on any generated post to open the edit options. you will see the hashtag tab at the top of the edit screen. once you click on the hashtag tab, you will see ai-suggested hashtag options and can select hashtags. the selected hashtags will automatically be added to the post caption and will be published.

Que: Is it possible to export in the free plan?
Ans: Export or download of creatives is only available in the paid plans.

Que: Do you have more image or video asset options in the paid plans?
Ans: There is no different in the image or video options in the free trial or paid plans.

Que: What is your refund policy / is there a money back guarantee?

Ans: Apologies, our app is not for making logos. we help in creating videos/carousels/single image posts for businesses.

Que: Can you integrate with canva? can i import from images from canva?
Ans: We do not support pushing our content into canva or importing their images etc. inside predis.ai. you can however export your canva templates as a pdf and import them from the brand & socials -> templates section.

Que: Where do i go for a support request.
Ans: You can put your question in this chat bot and someone from our team will answer it.

Que: Can i publish to a linkedin business account.
Ans: Yes, you can publish to a linkedin business account. please go to menu -> brand & socials -> integrations -> linkedin tab to link your linkedin business account.

Que: How can i delete my account.
Ans: Please go to "pricing and account", you will find the delete account option at the bottom of the page. \n.

Ans: We don't have an option to white label as of now.

Que: How can i remove audio.
Ans: To remove the audio from a video, you can follow these steps:\n\nopen the video in the creative editor.\nclick on the "scenes" button at the bottom center of the editor.\nlocate the audio strip and click on it.\nyou will see options to trim and delete the audio strip.\nselect the delete option to remove the audio from the video.\n\nhope this helps! let me know if you have any other questions.\n.
