Question: Is Predis.ai an app I can download?

Yes, we do! We have a mobile application with all the same great features. You can find us here:


Question: How can I set or change my password?

  • To set a password for the first time: Go toPredis.ai Signup. Enter the email you used to create the account and a new password, then submit. This is a one-time activity, and you can log in with your email and password moving forward.
  • To change an existing password: VisitPredis.ai Forgot Password.


Question: How do I log out?

Check the Menu on your screen—you will find the logout button nestled inside the More Options tab.


Question: How can I delete my account?

Please navigate to Pricing & Account. You will find the option to delete your account at the very bottom of that page.

🎨 Content Creation & Asset Management

Question: Where are my saved templates?

To find your saved templates, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Menu.
  2. Go to Brand & Social.
  3. Select the Templates page.

💡 Note: If you saved a template by editing an existing creative, it will be added as a custom template in this section.


Question: Where can I see my saved videos?

Please navigate to Menu > Brand & Socials > Exports to view all your saved videos.


Question: How do I find hashtags?

You can generate hashtags by visiting our free tool directly atPredis.ai Free Hashtag Generator.


Question: How do I get hashtags to show up on the post?

  1. Click on any generated post to open the edit options.
  2. Click the Hashtag tab at the top of the edit screen.
  3. You will see AI-suggested hashtags. Simply click to select them!
  4. The selected hashtags will automatically be added to your post's caption.


Question: Can I edit and enhance my own uploaded video content?

Currently, video editing for uploaded content is limited. You can only trim the video or mute its music.


Question: How can I remove audio from a video?

  1. Open the video in the creative editor.
  2. Click the Scenes button at the bottom center of the editor.
  3. Locate the audio strip and click on it.
  4. You will see options to trim or delete. Select Delete to remove the audio.


Question: Can you make a logo for my business?

Apologies, but Predis.ai is not a dedicated logo maker. We specialize in helping businesses create videos, carousels, and single-image social posts!


Question: Can you integrate with Canva or import my Canva images?

We do not support live integrations for pushing content to Canva or pulling images directly from it. However, you can export your Canva templates as a PDF and import them into Predis via Brand & Socials > Templates.

📅 Publishing & Scheduling

Question: What platforms can I post to?

Predis supports a wide range of social channels for publishing and scheduling content, including:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Google My Business
  • TikTok
  • Pinterest
  • Twitter
  • YouTube


Question: Where can I see my scheduled posts?

All of your scheduled posts can be found on the Menu > Content Calendar page.


Question: How do I unschedule a post?

  1. Go to your Content Calendar page.
  2. Click on the specific post you want to remove.
  3. Click the Discard button on the popup window to remove it from the queue.


Question: How do I make YouTube Shorts?

  1. Click the Create New button in the top left corner of the page.
  2. Select your inputs in Step 1.
  3. In Step 2, choose any video template to proceed.
  4. Once generated, you will have a video perfectly formatted to be published as a YouTube Short!


Question: Why does "Posted via Predis.ai" appear on my Facebook posts? Can I remove it?

Don't worry! This is only shown to you (the account Admin). This is a standard Facebook policy for third-party apps. Regular users viewing your page will not see this text.


Question: Can I manage post comments and private messages directly on Predis?

We do not support a social inbox just yet, but it is actively on our roadmap! You can check our development roadmap via the menu to see our progress.


Question: Can I publish to a LinkedIn business account?

Yes, absolutely. To link it, go to Menu > Brand & Socials > Integrations > LinkedIn tab.

💳 Subscriptions, Limits & Policies

Question: How do I remove a brand?

  1. Navigate to the menu and select Pricing & Account.
  2. Go to the Brand section.
  3. From here, you will have the option to deactivate the brand.
⚠️ Important Note: While we do not have a standard "soft delete" for brands right now, clicking the Delete Icon will permanently delete the brand and all of its associated content.


Question: Are there Storyblocks watermarks in a paid plan?

The Storyblocks watermark you hear is only audible in the draft preview. When you download or publish your video on a paid plan, the watermark is automatically removed!


Question: How can I download or export videos?

You will find the download video option inside the post editor screen or on the post card menu. Note that video downloading is a feature exclusive to paid plans.


Question: Do you have a white-label option?

We do not currently offer a fully white-labeled platform. However, if you are a developer looking to embed our tech, check out our button documentation here:Predis.ai Button Docs.


Question: What is your refund policy?

We offer a credit-card-required free trial so you can test the platform. Because of this, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all paid plans.


Question: I need 10 different accounts or brands. Is that possible?

Yes! If you need to manage multiple brands or link a large number of accounts, check out our Agency pricing options under the Pricing & Account section.


Question: What file types and sizes do you support?

  • Logos: Supported up to 500 x 500 pixels.
  • Videos: MP4 files up to 500MB per video.
  • Images: JPG or PNG files.
  • Storage Limit: Total upload limit per brand is 1GB.
