Que: Is the free only for the first month or every?
Ans: The free trial allows you to generate the first 9 posts for free without a time limit. once these 9 posts are used, you would need to choose between a paid plan or a limited free plan. the free posts are not renewed every month; they are a one-time offer for new users to try the service. for more details on the available plans, you can visit https://predis.ai/pricing/.
Que: How to update credit card.
Ans: Hello, please navigate to menu - pricing & account - manage subscription button. you will see option to change credit card there. \n\nplease let us know if you have any questions.
Que: If i sign up tonight/today when will i billed for the next full month?
Ans: We offer a free trial period. if you decide to subscribe, you will be billed for the month. however, you have the option to cancel before the end of the month, and you won't be billed again.
Que: The tool is not picking my language and creating content in english. how can i fix it?
Ans: If you go to the create post section, you will see the option of choosing input and output language. please confirm if you have selected the proper input/output language in the create post flow.
Que: What are the supported languages for creating posts?
Ans: We support english, spanish, dutch, german, french, italian, croatian, czech, danish, finnish, hungarian, indonesian, malay, norwegian, polish, portuguese - br, romanian, swedish, turkish, and vietnamese. we don't support any other languages in the create post workflow.
Que: The price is in dollars or mexican pesos.

Que: How can I change my email address?
Ans: Hello, we don't have an option to change email id. You can invite the other account as a team member and use that to access the content. Team members can be invited from menu- pricing and accounts - team members.
